The figures are displayed fares for one adult on that date. They may change with the terminal, service or travel day; review the total before payment. They should not be applied to every bus leaving Lagos for Benin City in Edo State.

Why the ₦30,000 Evening Listing Is Separate

ABC also showed an Executive Express service at 6:00 pm for ₦30,000. It had zero available seats and a REQUEST button. A visible price with no available seat does not provide the same booking certainty as the morning services above.

If an evening trip is essential, ask ABC to confirm both the seat and the departure before you rely on that listing. Do not build a travel plan around a request that has not been accepted.

Is the Higher Fare Worth Paying?

The checked ABC Sprinter cost ₦20,000 more than Libra’s Toyota. For two adults, that difference becomes ₦40,000 before local transfers or luggage. The price gap alone does not explain what you will personally value about each journey.

Libra’s Toyota listing advertised air conditioning, television, charging ports and extra legroom. ABC identified its service as a Sprinter with a 2+2 layout. Those are different operator descriptions, not a measured comparison of legroom, vehicle condition or punctuality.

Choose using the departure you can reach, the confirmed arrival terminal, seating requirements and the conditions attached to the ticket. If a company cannot confirm a feature that matters to you, avoid paying extra on the assumption that its service name guarantees it.

GIGM and Iyare Fares From Other Lagos Terminals

Two further options were checked from outside Jibowu: a GIGM route-price card from Iyana Ipaja, and a third-party Iyare Motors listing sold through a booking platform from a separate Jibowu-area office. Both were checked on 14 September 2026 for 18 September travel — a different sample date from the Jibowu comparison above.

The GIGM price came directly from its own route-price tool for Iyana Ipaja to Uselu; two visually identical cards were shown for the same offer, counted here once. The Iyare figure was not taken from Iyare’s own site — it was a route-specific search on a third-party booking platform, Intercity Alliance, that returned this Iyare service at a discounted ₦21,177 against a crossed-out ₦21,500. Treat it as a reseller’s price for an Iyare service, not Iyare’s own published tariff.

Jibowu Station (IM) is a separate address from Libra’s 11 Ikorodu Road Jibowu office used above — do not assume the same boarding point. Neither the GIGM nor the Iyare listing came with a confirmed departure time or street-level terminal address in these checks; confirm both before travelling.

Find the Correct Office at Both Ends

Libra’s Lagos boarding office is listed at 11 Ikorodu Road, Jibowu-Yaba. Its Benin terminal is at 98 Dawson Road, by Mission Road junction, opposite Gaius Obaseki Schools.

The ABC result used Lagos Jibowu and Benin as the selected locations. Its exact boarding and dropping points must be checked on the chosen trip. Do not substitute Libra’s Benin address for ABC’s arrival point.

If somebody is meeting you, share the company name as well as the address. “Benin park” is too vague when the receiver needs to find a particular coach. For an onward journey outside the city, ask where that connection leaves and allow time to collect your bags and transfer.
