Peace Mass Transit Price List 2026: Compare Standard and Premium Fares

Peace Mass Transit’s checked fares included ₦7,000 from Port Harcourt to Uyo, ₦13,000 from Port Harcourt to Enugu, and ₦29,500 or ₦45,000 from Enugu to Abuja Utako depending on the vehicle category. The pricing board was checked on 13 September 2026 for travel on 17 September.

The important distinction is the fleet label. A Standard NO/AC ticket and a Premium AC ticket can have the same departure time but substantially different prices. They should not be combined into one unexplained fare.

All entries are for 17 September 2026. Each checked row displayed 16 seats left and a booking button. Those counts are temporary availability indicators, not reserved seats or a permanent daily timetable.

The table is a selection of verified routes, not a complete national tariff. The chosen Lagos Jibowu search returned no scheduled trips for the sample date, so a Lagos fare has not been added using an old list or an estimate.

A result unavailable in one search does not establish that PMT has stopped serving a city. It can only support a statement about the terminal, date and search that were checked.

Standard non-AC versus Premium AC

The Enugu to Abuja Utako sample showed a ₦15,500 difference between Standard NO/AC and Premium AC, despite both leaving at 6:30am.

If air conditioning matters to you, choose a result explicitly labelled Premium AC. Do not assume that a higher fare elsewhere in the network means air conditioning, or describe the cheaper standard fare as an AC service.

The label alone does not establish other amenities such as Wi-Fi, charging ports, refreshments or a particular seat layout. Confirm those separately for the selected bus if they affect your decision.

When comparing quotes, keep the origin, destination, date and vehicle category the same. A price difference between two routes says much less than the difference between two categories on the same route.

The Calabar terminal name is shown as Ettagbor, while the street-address text uses Ettagor. Confirm the exact location using your ticket and the operator’s directions rather than assuming that a similarly named park belongs to PMT.

The checked Onitsha and Umuahia rows stated that an address was unavailable. That is not a reason to import an address from another transport company. Obtain the specific PMT arrival point before arranging pickup.

How to check PMT fares online

PMT’s website has a Check Price option. On the pricing board, select the take-off terminal, destination and travel date, then search. Read the fare beside the matching fleet type and departure.

The board can display several routes when All Destinations is selected. This is useful for checking coverage, but it does not mean every displayed bus is suitable for your journey. Match the entire row before proceeding.

There is also a date-label detail worth checking: the board can place the selected travel date beside wording that says “Today is.” The date you chose remains the trip sample; it should not be mistaken for the day the fare was checked. For this guide, fares were checked on 13 September and the selected travel date was 17 September.

Booking and the information still needed before payment

Use the booking button for the exact row you want. Check the date, terminal pair, fleet category and passenger total before paying, and keep the booking confirmation.

The fare board did not provide a reliable arrival time for these sampled trips. It also did not establish a route-specific baggage allowance, child fare, excess-luggage rate or refund rule. Ask PMT about those details for the selected service, especially if you are travelling with children or bulky bags.

Do not borrow another operator’s 10kg allowance or cancellation fee and apply it to PMT. An apparently similar minibus is not evidence of identical ticket conditions.

For a return journey, search the reverse direction for the intended date. The same place names in reverse order do not establish the same price, fleet or timetable.

How a PMT Online Fare Search Actually Works

PMT’s official FAQ and booking flow were reviewed on 14 September 2026. The process is: choose a departure terminal, destination and date, then view the buses returned for that search. A test search from Zuba to Owerri for 18 September opened a date-confirmation step, then an Online Vehicle Booking (One Way) screen showing the retained route and date, a KINGLONG BUS label, Standard NO/AC, ₦28,000, a 6:30 am departure and 16 available seats — no seat was selected, no passenger details were entered and no ticket was purchased in this review.

A displayed fare on that screen is not the same as an issued ticket; completing a booking still requires selecting a seat and finishing payment. PMT’s separate Track My Trip page accepts a booking code, waybill number or payment reference to look up an existing booking — it was inspected without entering an identifier, and its presence does not by itself confirm that any particular booking has succeeded. This review did not test payment methods, a reservation timeout, refund terms or luggage limits, so none of those are described here.
